Here are eleven workouts of at least 9500 yards each. They are designed for a swimmer who can leave on a 1:30 base for 100s, but can be re-imagined for any pace. Appropriate for swimmers preparing for open water or for those who just really want to swim a lot!

You are responsible for being prepared to swim for these distances. Please ramp up appropriately before throwing down a 9900yd workout, and, of course, consult medical professionals before doing anything new. These sets are fairly simple in design, but are NOT for beginners. Please contact me for help adjusting written paces to yours.
